ImagEntry

Designed to be the key entry component of high performance document imaging systems, ImagEntry® allows you rapid and accurate keying from images of forms (structured documents).
ImagEntry is typically used for indexing images and lifting data from image documents such as medical claims and credit applications.
It is the only data entry software system for keying data from large format images like blueprints.

Recognition engines are great, but they are not perfect. Character rejects and substitutions do occur. ImagEntry provides the fastest and most accurate method for correcting errors and filling the gaps in your ICR/OCR/OMR data.

Whether you are keying all of the data from the image or simply keying image index information, ImagEntry performs all of the edits and validations necessary, to ensure that the data is entered correctly. ImagEntry is enforced by a character-level reject re-entry correction: if scanned image contains OCR data with embedded reject characters, which indicate the position of characters that could not be read by the OCR software, in reject re-entry mode the cursor jumps from rejected character to rejected character, allowing the operator to key the missing characters.

ImagEntry is flexible. It lets you choose entry screen layouts, data validations, error/help messages, and output formats. ImagEntry will easily integrate into your existing image system.
